T-Mobile is expanding and several hundred sites are required immediately for its T-Mobile retailer program! Sites that complement our corporate retail locations will appear as the T-Mobile Limited brand, owned, operated and leased by our third party Limited retailers, a strategy to maximize appropriate market penetration and customer satisfaction and convenience.
Do you own or lease a retail space that you think would make the perfect T-Mobile location?
Site Requirements: Our T-Mobile Limited retailers prefer sites that:
- Serve a strong residential and/or daytime population
- Have a $40,000+ median household income.
- Are located in strong grocery, big-box or junior-box anchored community centers.
Preferred Space/Size Characteristics: Prominent endcap and outparcel locations that range from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet, with at least 20 feet of frontage.
Traffic Counts: Between 25,000 and 50,000 cars per day.
Parking: Abundant, nonexclusive, shared parking for the benefit of all shopping center tenants.
Access: Full ingress and egress.
Signage: Maximum allowable signage preferably allowing multiple elevations, good visibility from street, and pylon/monument signage.
